ineffective air conditioning mosquito problem
the air conditioning was not effective at all it was very frustrating to deal with the heat. the room felt stuffy even with the windows open then mosquitoes came in. it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of this. the staff seemed unable to resolve the issue offering only a room change at an inconvenient hour the root cause was never addressed.

delicious breakfast separate shower clean room
The breakfast was delicious. Staff prepared coffee, juice, and eggs. Breads tasted good. Fruits were also delicious. The location is near Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, restaurants, and other attractions. My room was large and quite clean with a separate shower and toilet.

average stay with some issues
inadequate air conditioning early morning noise
the air conditioning seemed inadequate. i found it difficult to adjust the temperature. the room felt stuffy at times.. additionally, street noise was noticeable early in the morning. i was sometimes awakened by the sounds of vendors.

mixed feelings about my stay
unhelpful staff missing cocktail bar
the air conditioner in my superior double or twin room terrace worked fine.
The tv was on a stand with wheels. I had to move it to get to the wardrobe. there were no instructions for turning it on either. the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I did not feel particularly welcome. plus, the hotel advertised a cocktail bar, but i never found it.

great location comfortable bed nice room disinterested staff hot room no air conditioning
i stayed in a great location. it was easy to walk to many sites. the room was the nicest i stayed in during my italy trip. the bed was comfortable.
The reception staff seemed disinterested, i felt. the room was too hot. We were told it was 26 degrees. there were no air conditioning facilities.

central location comfortable bed great shower rooftop view
The central location allowed us to walk everywhere. Our beds were supremely comfortable. I found the shower to be the best part of the trip. The rooftop view during breakfast was amazing!!!

Staff members spoke excellent English and provided formal, professional treatment . They even allowed an early check-in on a rainy day, which I appreciated a lot. All requests were handled efficiently.

The breakfast buffet offered a complete selection of items. I also could order eggs and juices to my liking, so that was amazing. Fresh pastries, bread, and cured meats were available.

The room featured two large windows with street views and upper rooftop vistas. Modern bathrooms added style and comfort. Lots of toiletries were provided too. Air conditioning worked great!!!

Central location, solid experience
clean room helpful staff
the location was indeed perfect to dumo and ponte. room was big and clean. i found the staff helpful. ac works very good.
the noise insulation was almost non existent. the heating is blocked to 15 degrees so it feels very cold in the room. there are cockroach traps on the floor.

i purchased breakfast one morning and it was wonderful. the view from the seventh floor was very beautiful. the staff was also great, they tended to my young daughter's wants at breakfast.

location is perfect to dumo and ponte. all of the major attractions are within minutes. it is a short walk from the palazzo vechhio and its wonderful square. it is all about being slap bang in the middle of everything.

it had a heating rack in the toilet for towels. my room had a lovely little balcony to watch the world go by. the room include tv with many channels. body lotion amenities have good fragrance.
